Edward Bradley, a professor at Radford University,  teaches
a special topics course entitled, "Growth of Marijuana in our
Society Today".  His wife is killed in a head-on crash by one
of this former students driving recklessly and on a high from
smoking weed.  Bradley investigates his student’s use of
pot, which leads him to Bramber County the largest site for
growth, manufacture, and distribution of marijuana east of
the Mississippi.  

Bradley goes up against mob thugs, rescues horses from a
burning barn, races his Harley-Davidson motorcycle at
breakneck speeds, sends a 200-pound Mastiff after an
arsonist, and finally confronts the mob ringleader in deadly
fashion.
